Description
For drilling deep holes in steel, cast steel, cast iron, malleable cast iron, diecast and sintered iron, nickel silver, graphite, aluminium, bronze, brass and hardened plastics.Fully-ground from hardened solid material. Re-inforced core giving greater fracture stability. Less tolerance and longer life than equivalent roll-forged. 118deg split point, cross ground finish enabling direct drilling without prior centring. Safe pilot hole even on round or slanting surface. Less feeding power. Better chip removal. No jamming of the main cutting edge.
